60 lbs of orange blossom honey Funny looking

I just bought 60 lbs of orange blossom honey and I am a mead making newbie and the honey guy said it was granulated because it was cold out its in the 50's but its fine. I have posted a picture first time so i hope i posted a picture but I am wondering if this is ok and what will this do positivley or negativly to my mead? Also why does it do this?

It's crystallized. Try this. And this.

It's fine, and won't hurt your mead any. It might be a little harder to dissolve it in the water, though.

Oh, wait, I mean, it's totally ruined, yeah, that's it, ruined. Probably seriously toxic. Lucky for you, I have a facility here in Elk Grove that can dispose of defective honey. All you have to do is send it to me and I'll take care of it for you, no charge!

Put the bucket on an electric blanket on low, or fill a big sink with warm water and put the bucket in.

great articles thanks. So no big deal. What do you think about using the heating blanket idea and moving the 60 lbs to 5 - 1 gallon 12 lb containers so when i want to make a batch i don't have to reheat over again?
