Unfortunately none of the Appendix URLs get to a page with information. In fact one reference in Chapter 20 to Chapter 19 did not work but Chapter 19 is available from the basic index.

Looks to me like an issue with improper URLs for the Appendix material or else that material is only available to patrons.
