I was planning on making a cyser and during my research I learn that sorbates will stall the fermentation. The cider I bought has asorbic acid. Is that the same thing? Will it stall the fermentation? Thanks

Ascorbic acid is used on fruits to prevent oxidation (browning). Welcome aboard, good luck with your cyser!
