I think I'm going to try a bit of an experiment...

Wine reductions are basically wine, maybe with a bit of corn syrup added depending on who you ask, which are simmered down and reduced to a syrup. These can then be used in a variety of ways.

I'm going to take a cup or two of my AO and try a reduction, unless someone has a very good reason not to. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
