Hi all, did some searching and didn't find anything so here goes.
-Has anyone made a Maple Braggot (Acerglin with malt)? If so can you point me in the right direction?
-If it hasn't been tried, what would be some good ingredient proportions for a 5gal batch?

There are a lot of maple beer recipes out there if you wanted to start there. Try beertools.com, which has a searchable recipe database and look up maple. A friend of mine did a maple walnut porter which was really tasty.
