They were all good sessions! Especially the Ken Shramm one. I was afraid it'd be too technical, and the slides he put up were close to that, but I learned a lot about how the smell and taste actually work.

The comparison session was fantastic! They had the honey to taste and the mead to go with it. It was a great learning session. Not sure if session notes would give you what being there and tasting did though.
 
After reading through the slides, it most definately is one of those "you had to be there" type of things.

Without the actual speech, the slides are hard to follow and seemingly disjointed. I'm sure that in person this would have been very informative and enjoyable. I hope that I am able to attend the next one.
