Did you already brew this? How'd it turn out?
I'm curious as to how well the starches were converted without any barley malt. Did you add any rice hulls to the mash? I batch sparge and like to add a 1/2-1# rice hulls in any wheaty grist to help with the sparge otherwise it gets pretty gummy.

Have yet to brew this, I will add enzym to the mash though.

At this point I mash everthing in a grain bag, and don't sparge as a rule, this requires 30% more grain but whats $3-$5.00 per batch.
