After reading this section of the forum, I found the Loki and Cocoa mixes to intrigue me the most. Both went over VERY WELL! ;D

I changed the recipes a little. I used Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder and added a tsp of coconut extract when I made it. I also messed up the Loki and measured wrong. I am not sure just what I ended up with, but it tasted good. :p It was well over 1 gallon but I used 4 ounces of almond, and who knows how much alcohol versus water mix. I'd guess I cut it down to about 40 proof.

So, I have some of each still left. I took 66% Loki and 35% Dark Cocoa and mixed them together in a small bottle. WOW! It was like eating an Almond Joy bar. I will have to do it again.
