Fire and Brimstone Metheglin
18 pounds of Fireweed Honey
12 crushed cinnamon sticks
12 cloves
6 crushed nutmegs
1 tblspoon crushed red peppers
2 pounds chopped dried sour cherries
1 pound chopped dried dragon fruit
2 Saddam's used gym socks - optional
1 ml blood of three democratic and republican politicians, or 3 ml of Teddy Kennedy's sweat mixed with 1 pint water from Poucha Pond - optional
Water to six gallons
10 grams Lalvin K1V1116 yeast
Mix well, rehydryate yeast and pitch. Wrap the carboy in the skirts of Catholic schoolgirls and wait.

You want some good sulfur use ec1118. Then torture it by not adding additional nutrient. That will give you all the sulfur you want.
