Brewing is alive and well in the Salt Lake region, though meaders are a bit rare. I have been putting on classes and next year will be hosting a "competition" of sorts. Info is available at http://www.utahpagans.org
I beg to differ! In Loch Salann and Gryphon's Lair there are quite a few people in the SCA that brew...both mead and beer...I am just getting started with Mead, but have been brewing beer for about 5 years now (since I got imprisoned behind the Zion Curtain. javascript:void(0);
