HAHA.. you guys...


Well, it's bubbling away like mad for three solid days now. Lots of krausen on top like a big ale. Smells good! I don't see this ever clearing though! I don't see me ever caring if it tastes good! Next time however I will add some pectic enzyme before we start.
 
Tell you what... This stuff smells fantastic. It also seems to be clearing in a very peculiar manner. At the bottom right above the yeast cake and what I can only imagine is flocculated apple pulp, it seems to be getting clear-ish. I'll post a pic in a few.
