Liqueurs – According to the Webster's New International dictionary (2nd
ed, unabridged, 1953) it is "a spirituous liquor flavoured with various
aromatic substances, usually sweetened, and often brandy-based. Liqueurs are
usually made by steeping the flavouring material in the spirit."

Non-alcoholic – what about a nice birch beer, cider, etc?...

LOL, but honestly I am coming to prefer mead over beer. I think its because I am not enjoying the last batch of beer I brewed...Going to put it in a closet and forget about it for a year I think.
