What forum would you guys recommend in regards to beer? It would be nice to find something comprable to this forum. There are usually a ton of forums dedicated to certain subjects but at least half of them are populated by jackasses. I usually find forums like this one by luck but since a lot of mead makers brew beer as well I thought that I would ask before shooting in dark.

I've gotten a few suggestions for other forums from people here, but honestly none of them have been anywhere even close to this place. I just ask all my beer questions here in the beer subforum, I get more and better answers that way I find.

I will post my beer stuff on here I just want somewhere to do my research. I will probably do quite a bit of beer once I get my gear together. There is little wait time between start and drinking and a bottle of beer is acceptable to drink just about anytime. People start saying that you have a problem if you drink a bottle of wine/mead at lunch. Of course calling my buddies names because they won't drink with me on a monday night probably has the same effect. ;)

I like homebrewtalk and the homebrewing forum on Beer Advocate.
Beer is my first love (sorry Mead) so I read Beer Advocate for more than just the homebrewing forum.
