I was just wondering what people are paying for honey i got 60 pounds for $115 from dutch gold honey, and was wondering if anyone has anywhere better to get hone.

Do a little research as there are many sources available. The best price I pay is $75.00 for a 60 pound pail of wildflower from a local producer.

Where are you at? If you are in the MD, PA, VA area I suggest beefolks. More expensive, but the honey there, IMO, is just awesome and well worth it.

I have had hit or miss with Dutch Gold honey. Yes it is cheap, but one bucket I got was off and I had to toss a batch of mead, due to a nasty infection. I ended up using the rest of the bucket in beers and added the honey to the boil to kill off the stuff in it.
