I figured it would be nice to show off some of our creations, whether they be recycled bottles with a ribbon for ID, or a special shaped magnum with custom printing (if only I had the money
)
Ah . . . bottling day, what a fantastic mess, but great fun.
Once the labels are on, they always look great; except for the over pixelated image from my iPhone.
Here is a close up of my back label, and this is the front. The tiny words at the bottom are old english for "the drink worthy of the great (mead)halls of old", I spent several weeks trying to translate it and finally got a professor of anglo-saxon from Ohio state to help.
The name Thara Cyninga means "belonging to the kings" (not exactly but pretty close).
Any pictures of labels, bottles, wine/mead racks, or what ever are welcome!
