Brewing in the SCA

Thats a terrific link. I am from Ansteorra but I am much further north from you. I've very much a newbie mead maker but hopefully will be able to show my wares at a SCA event or two in the future.

I hope he doesnt mind but here is another great link from one of the finest brewers in Ansteorra. Hes a terrific mead maker, in my opinion.
