Remember that one ?

So enough of nostalgia.

So I still never really feel like I am solid when it comes to figuring SNA's. >:(

I read and read and read, and yet never really come to a solid conclusion. Just when it starts to clear up a little and new piece here or there comes along and messes things up again. Every time I make a new batch I get that uneasy feeling.

Why can't the yeast scientist give us some solid data specifically towards meads? Can it really be that hard. I understand each must is a little bit different. But are they really that far apart?

Anyway. I tried to find a thread about the same topic and Wayneb listed his approach. I can't find that thread any more. Can anyone provide a link please. Moderators? Any one?

Thanks all!

Uh, I'd bookmarked this one when I was still using Firefox... (and for those who are curious, it doesn't seem to break anything to be logged in in two browsers at once on the same computer... so far...)

No, it doesn't, surprisingly. I use that tactic on every website that lets me do it. Really handy for shopping on those sites that keep taking you back out to a general area, when all I wanted to do was add something to my cart and keep going on the same page..not restart from scratch. sheesh.
