So I'd like to carbonate some of my mead in the bottle. I've seen plenty of guides saying to use champagne bottles, but I get my bottles from friends and such and they are normal wine bottles. Does anyone know a good way to do carbonating with normal bottles? I'm not looking for a huge amount of carbonation, just a little fizz. Also I'm assuming I won't be able to carbonate the mead if I have already added potassium sorbet and the yeast is all gone. Is this a correct assumption?
