Prior to filtering, I am about to cold crash a batch of traditional this week and a apple/cherry batch in a few weeks.
Our outdoor temps are too cold this week but the garage is about 45F.
Next week we will be in the 30's, just above freezing.

What is the optimum temps for 71B and what are the min & max temps to get it done right?

What duration do you consider adequate?
Thanks
Wayne
