I have made my decision on what my first batch will be when I can do it. I have decided on doing one gallon of a traditional mead that is semi-sweet. **has an unfamiliar but good taste forming in mouth** I have to now find the equipment and ingredients and a recipe for which I will constantly search the recipe section of this site for. Mmm-mmm-mmmmmmmmmm. May the gods grant you great brews.

Let us know which recipe you choose and keep us updated in the brew log section! It's always nice hearing about great successes on the first try, but if something goes wrong a brew log can help teach others how to avoid the same problems. Good luck!
