I'm mildly confused about which of these nutrients is "best", and what the difference is between each of them. I'm about to do two different batches; one a straight dry mead, with about 12 lbs of wildflower honey, and the other a pear melomel. Both will use Lalvin EC-1118. Suggestions on which nutrient is a good choice? TIA.

Fermaid O is the best nutrient, and Go Ferm is used to rehydrate the yeast. Ranked in order, the nutrients would be Ferm O, Ferm K, and DAP. DAP will still work if neither of the other two are obtainable.
