Do any of you plot your ferments on a x/y graph// what is your SNA protocal???

So from another thread it's apparent that there is a lot of confusion on SNA protocols. All the way from amounts of Fermaid-K/DAP, Fermaid-O, yeast hulls, YAN calcs, Fermaid-k vs DAP, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, sugar breaks, when to start feeding what, Before pitch/after lag, areate when to when and on and on. LOL. The list goes on and on.

I'm curious what you all do and why/why not and have you ever plotted your fermentations?

I add half at pitch and half after lag. I aerate and degas for a couple days. Since adopting brewing "The Easy Way", I haven't had any issues with stuck batches or unhealthy ferments. Most of my meads are made to around 12-13% though. If I went to for a higher percentage (16+) I would likely stretch my nutrients out some and degas/ aerate further into fermentation.
