Woo-Hoo!

Zoning Approval and Business License in my hands yesterday!

Working on Govt paperwork and State stuff now.

Got a few labels made up and I'm tweaking my formulas and deciding which ones to start with. Might just have a big Mead tasting here w/ comment cards and free BBQ to see what people like the most.

Fantastic! Good for you!

He's doooooooin it!

Now do you have to fill out Federal stuff or is it purely state government. Does one have to go through the FDA?

::deletes incendiary comments about the FDA::

Are you setting up in Carolina like your location says?

Setting up in SC, working on Govt and state paperwork now.

Adding on to the guest house on the property and making it the meadery. I have got to get all my equiptment out of my office or the wife will kill me.

Congrats man. I look forward to this only if I hit retirement. I am envious in a good way.

That's awesome! Congratulations! So exactly how much paperwork does one have to go through for such things? I'm a SC resident myself, and will probably making mead for the rest of my life......, so I may eventually want to follow the same route. Hope things go smoothly for you man!

Cheers,
