I haven't opened it yet but I'm already a little annoyed as I can see some lees or other detritus at the bottom of the bottle. I will try to show it.

On closer inspection it's all over. No mention of it on the label. Come on guys. If you're going pro let's have a clear product or at least mention the reason for having dregs in the product. Don't assume we will know why it's there. That's either snobbery or lack of experience. Considering the laid back attitude of the label (they did name it after an exit off the New Jersey Turnpike which made me smile) I will assume they aren't snobs. Sigh. I'm not mad AT them so much as I am just mad that many people will put the bottle down when they see all the junk in it and never taste it.
Popping it open I get a nice beery aroma with a background of blueberry.
First sip gives me an unexpected hop bite that I really like. With a sweet finish. The honey comes out at the end of every sip and then poof! It's gone. That's a good thing. Nice clean finish.
I like the aroma and flavor a lot. Great beer for a nice sharp cheese or a spicy meal. This would be great with 5 alarm wings or Lamb Vindaloo.
I'll keep a bottle of this in the kit. Just please please please!!!! Let's get the whole package together. If your Braggot needs some dregs in it for heavens sake TELL ME WHY. And don't make me look for it. Make it obvious on the label.
