Eyeballing, ghetto, redneck "mead", can someone tell me if it'll work?

I just want to start this off by saying I have zero clue what I'm doing, and that essentially everything was rednecked into existence due to me not having the resources or money to get actual fermenting equipment. The purpose of this is to ask if this will actually turn into alcohol, or just be a mess of ingredients that go bad.
What I did:
-Start off with a 500 ML water bottle, a little below half full with water
-Put Great Value Beary Medley In the bottle, mixed well (eyeballed)
-Used folder as a funnel, used cane sugar ( eyeballed but I know that it was a LOT ((20-25 packs maybe?)) )
-Mixed again
-I don't have Yeast, so I look up Yeast alternatives, and they say lemon juice. Eyeballing, I pour around 50 ML - 250 ML
-Mixed Extremely well
-I decide that even though I poured what I assumed to be enough Lemon juice to start fermenting, I did something wrong, so I add in an all-natural honey packet, hoping that might give the yeast another way to ferment. (idk Im new)
-Pour in a little bit more lemon juice because Im skeptical
-Decide that if this doesn't turn into wine/mead/beer/etc. I still want to fill something, 5 Hour Energy makes me tired/a 'high" feeling, so I decide to put in at most 3-5 droplets.
-At this point, the liquid is almost at the top, so I stop adding ingredients due to knowing that some space is needed at the top.
-I don't have an airlock, and balloons & condoms aren't on deck, so I redneck it into existence with a bunch of pill bottles and a YT tutorial
-I fear something might explode from the C02 So I decide to put a ziplock back around it, now I know nothing is airtight so if whatever this is fails at least it can escape. You're supposed to put water in it to prevent air intake I believe, however, I don't have any sealant So I decided that this closed system + essentially maze structure would make it harder for any new air to come in, essentially recycling any air back into itself.

Now, I don't know if it's a placebo, but I took a whiff of this and it began to have that wine smell. Mind you, this was day 1, and after smelling it I got a little woozy. Pretty sure alcohol doesn't ferment that quickly though....
Can someone tell me if this'll work or ifI'm just wasting my time??

Welcome randomuser223.
I don't think anyone here is going to be able to tell you if what you've done is going to work out, but if I were betting, I'd bet against it.
Fermentations can blow off a few different gases. I don't make it a habit to take really big whiffs of mine 🤪
My advice is take some time to save up some funds, and study up on modern protocols (see podcasts on this site) during that time. You'll then be raring to go, and ready to post what you want to try before you try it to get some opinions. ;)

I would bet it will not work at all. Even if it does get some wild yeast in it they don't usually even make 2-3% ABV. I would toss it and buy some beer until you learn what you're doing.

Surprisingly, it worked. It began giving off C02 (Blowing the bottle up) and when I unscrewed, the pressure was released, also I ditched the contraption and just used a cap that wasn't tied all the way. I drank it and it tasted delicious, and the alc only minorly hit. I could feel it for sure but definitely should've let it sit longer.

Well, considering your mixture was probably so acidic, no yeast can survive, I'm betting you forgot to tell us about the bottle of vodka you poured in before you started this experiment.

In addition, no redneck worth his pickup would measure ANYTHING in metric. I'm only a regular american and I exclusively use Freedom Units. So, if you truly are a redneck, I'm going to have to ask you to turn in your fried catfish recipe and exchange your Chevy for a Volvo.
