I'm going to start some of this cyser tonight as directed in Ken's book. I know in some of the recipes he waits to add the fruits until secondary but the way I am reading this recipe is he adds them right away. Is this correct?

That was my understanding. I made "Mutiny On The Bounty," Oskaar's variation on that recipe, and added that stuff in primary. Came out great!

Thanks everyone. I just racked it to secondary and I like what I'm tasting so far. Any recommendations on how long to leave the spices in?
