On the bottle it mentions steeping tea leaves with vodka. Since it's pretty sweet i'd have to assume they add sugar also. You might give that a shot.
I used to work in a bar that sold a ton of it. We would sell shots of firefly + lemon or peach vodka. They're actually pretty good, not very manly, but flavorful.

This sounded like a good idea, so I tried my hand at solving it. I put two Lipton tea bags in 750 ml. cheap vodka, let set for 2 hours. Then took out the tea bags and added sugar (I didn't put in amount due to varying tastes). I'm not a big tea drinker, but it came out very nice.
