Ok I am terrified and hope I didn’t begin poisoning myself. First batch ever and I am doing an Apple mead Cyser. And a cherry one. Started them on 18 Mar. today I racked both first time. The cherry smells like a really strong wine, however the Apple smells like green olives. I am worried becuase the Apple one bubbled over after about a week becuase the bunge slid a little(fine in the night before but morning was loose and bubbling). Is the Apple lost or should I just assume it is young and wait it out?
