Hello All,

So in my previous postings i requested advise as to where to find mead in Florida as i was going there on vacation and wanted to try some new brew. Well i found a great place and i'd like to share that info with you just in case you're ever in the neighbourhood.

The name of the place is "Brewers Cellar" (http://www.brewercellars.com/). It is located about 45 minutes from Orlando in Winter Springs. I found the person behind the counter very helpful and talkative and the selection to choose from was excellent. Also the man i spoke to let me sample the many types of mead they had which was a definate benefit as I could only take back 2 bottles across the Canadian border. I have to say that they were some of the best i've ever tasted. I would especially suggest the Apricot, the Raspberry, the Hops and the Medevial meads. They were excellent.

Glad to help. They are a really small winery and I'd hate to see them go under because people don't know about them. I don't know how a place like that can survive. I just hope they are around next time I take a trip that way so i can pick up some more.
