I'm messing around with hops I haven't used much before. This one smelled very fruity (fruit loops was one descriptor offered) at the end of the boil, we'll see how it turns out.

6 lbs pale malt
2 lbs white wheat malt
1/2 lb German Vienna malt
3 gallons mash water, 3 gallons sparge water
Collected ~4 gallons
60 min boil
3/4 oz Falconer's Flight (blend) 30 min
1 oz Centennial 15 min
1/2 oz Centennial + 1/2 oz Motueka 5 min
Pitched onto a cake of Wyeast 1056.
