I just figured I'd say hello, :hello: ,since I am new here. I'm not very experienced at wine/mead making but I have read a few books and have some wine and mead fermenting now. I just haven't finished making any yet, but I am eager for there completion. I'm more a lurker than anything else, so I look forward to learning a lot here, but I am sure to post a little as well.

Let me tel you you are entering a wonderful hobby, some say even more then chess ;) but you'll have to decide for yourself.
