I am going to be getting a 5-gallon bucket of wildflower honey early this summer. I recently found out my cousin keeps some bees. ;D After not finding anything in my searches I decided to ask.

What is the best way to dip/use the honey from this size container? Does everyone just dip it out with a large spoon into their measuring device? I really want to limit as much waste as possible.
 
There's a tread here that covers this in detail. I think adding a honey gate to a bucket was one of the better ideas.
