Just found this excellent forum and want to say hello. I recently started making wine(first batch aging, 2nd and 3rd batches fermenting) and while searching for ideas for different wines read about this stuff called mead, and it sounds terrific.

I'm going to go shopping for some honey and yeast, and I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time here.
