Help me choose me very first mead.

The delivery man just delivered my White Winter Winery Mead! It only took 2 days...fast delivery. Tonight is the night, our first taste of Mead...ever. I'm as nervous as my first night with a woman.. :tongue3:
 
Well we decided to uncork the Sweet Mead with dinner tonight. It was light and crisp and blended well with the meat. It reminded me of a wine (hence the name honeywine) but for me it was better than a normal grape wine. It warmed me and the buzz I got from it was laid back and not overpowering. I started by sipping it in a wine glass but after the first glasses were poured from it I gulped it from the bottle (I know I know what a peasant). All in all I loved my first taste of Mead. I will be buying again from White Winter Winery, the service was fast and the Sweet Mead was delicious. I also noticed that the Mead left no bad after taste like I have gotten from some wines...I don't know if it's the mead or just the mead from WWW.

Next the Black Harbor Mead will be uncorked...
