Back after a longish absence...just to say I've missed you all. I won't be brewing anything new: my initial years of brewing were enthusiastic, to say the least, and now I find myself with dozens of bottles and no way to diminish the number except by staying permanently drunk! Which of course would be nice, but my health won't permit it - er, at this time. Anyway, I'll be a-lurkin'...couldn't stay away from my crush, Dr. Sigmund, for too long... :color:

Shalom lakeh Miriam!

You will excuse, I hope, my poor Hebrew and Yiddish.
Oy! I am, as always, an apikoros. Nich bin an shoymer
mitzves! (Please excuse the Gaelige. :-) )

So very nice to hear from you. I watch the news, hold my
breath, and hope that the Hezbollah does not strike in
your home land. The snake only hibernates, for now. I
hope all is well with your family.

I saw your recipe for Dandelion beer on another list. Nu,
I keep the dandelions away from my lawn and rock garden,
but elsewhere, they grow. I must try this, very soon. Spring is the time for dandelions!
