I understand bees and wasps are two different things, but I got this BAD thing about wasps....like shut down into mortal terror thing. I had a hornet on the porch and I wouldn't go out there for a month. That house....I would have called in an airstrike.
I hope those bees got a better home, though. Go make me some honah!

I suggest using 71B to maintain the pink hue, and a low fermenting temp to highlight the asbestos note. It's sweet like tropical fruit and has a mouthfeel similar to the prickly pear tuna. Oh, did I mention the honey is pre-oaked for your convenience?
