from my property in west virginia. I tried a paw paw melomel @ home brewers northern ohio last spring. It was very good. any ideas on recipe (ive got three and a half pounds of strained juice)? Only made one mead to date (cherry melomel) back in june. prefer one gallon as I am new to mead game. thanks
