I am curious about home brewing wine, beer, and mead (though I have never tried mead, yet. ;D). I was wondering if anyone in the Winston-Salem NC area would take on a pupil. I would do the work while they watch and teach about the process. As I am apprehensive about undertaking such a task without experienced help in person.

i have a buddy in minnasota thats taking a class on making beer from talking to him its pretty indepth
i cant remember if its at the community college or at a cooking school
if you cant find some one to help this might be a place to start
he says it cool everything from nuances of flavors to making a batch of beer
ill try to catch him this week end and find out exactly where it is
you might have something localy like this

Thanks for he help. I have a co-worker wo has a brother that does home brewing. He is going to put in a good word for me, but any other offers will be appreciated and possibly accepted.
