I am in a bit of a dispute with my boss in regards of sterile filtering our meads. is it generally advisable?
this idea came from a blog from the owner of Melovino meadery in america. i really need a list of prolific mead makers who take this step and i want to know how it effects the flavour. thank you for any answers for this.

Listen to the last several GML podcasts, where many mead makers have been interviewed. You'll find there's a mix of methods, but several do filter.
