just wondering if there is something like JAO but for cyser? something that is tried and true and, hopefully, bombproof?

i was thinking about something like a JAOM that uses common things that would be in a kitchen. without all the special yeasts and chemical nutrients, trying to keep this really simple and, lets face it cheap.

Dump honey and some bread yeast into a jug of apple cider, stir it real good, and put a balloon with a tiny hole in the top as an airlock, when its finished the balloon will deflate, ready to drink, no need to wait until it clears right. WVMJ
