Hi all, just a quicky as i can't get my head around the calculator.
Recipe.
3.5lb honey topped off to 1 gallon
Bread yeast
20 raisins
Zest and juice of 1 small lime
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
My starting gravity came out at 1.100. Where should i expect it to finish ?
I've done a few successful 1 gallon batches to date, but i've just left them to finish fermentation themselves, rather than rely on my hydrometer, but i'd like to keep more of an eye on this new batch.
