I have about a gallon of kosher concord grape juice. I might turn them into a pyment when a gallon carboy opens up.

Let us know about the kosher Concord pyment, Brian, if you decide to make it. There's plenty of kosher grape juice here of course, but not much Concord, which seems to be an American taste. I'd have to buy imported juice :D.
