Mine should be here Thursday but I have but one question. Should I drink it or age it...? I did buy a couple of bottles of the Buckwheat so maybe I can just drink that and hide the other.

Steve

Thanks for your order! The HOD, I'd age for a year or two, but it's already excellent. Enjoy it with some nice chocolate truffles. That's how Ken served it to me and it was fantastic.

A name and taste that says Heart of Darkness, and chocolate truffles. Now that is truly decadent!

It arrived yesterday. #39 not sure how I will keep it but its a beautiful bottle and label and I know what is in side will be great. (I think I tasted a earlier version at the MCI this year) We are going to drink up the Buckwheat and hide the HOD for a few years hopefully.

Steve, the answer is obvious. You should drink it, and share it with me! ;)

Seriously, this is one that would age well, at least for a few years. If I could afford a few I'd drink one early but put away at least another one for 3-4 years.

Well maybe we can share it at the next MCI.
