I've been battling with label application to my 750ml bottles, which are 4.5"x5".
I purchased a label applicator off of morewine.com, which was made by KegLand. And while it works to put the label on the bottle, it has a ton of issues(ripping the paper, auto rolling multiple labels back to back, etc.)
The main issue in the end is that it will put the label on the bottle with bubbles and ripples in it. So I'll have to unpeel 90% of it, and smooth the bubbles out by hand 1 by one. Defeating the purpose of this thing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a label applicator that can handle larger labels like these?
For more background: I'm solo running a micro meadery in Frederick Maryland with a 1-3BBL system, putting out 500 bottles per batch. Not enough budget to go for a massive label applicator
I also worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot and tweak settings, to no avail. They said it might be the bottles, or a roller, or the labels, or the label paper, or the labels are too big.
