Found an online supplier who just happens to be located only 70 miles from me. I can drive over one Saturday and get most of the supplies and ingredients I need. One stop and $70, then all I'll need is a big pot to mix it all in and the honey. :)

By the way, you mentioned that you are looking for glass 1 gallon jugs of apple juice? After months of searching, I've discovered you can find these at a local Trader Joe's.

Already found one. It happens to contain the best apple juice I have ever drank. Very delicate and apple-like, with none of the harsh bite associated with apple juice. It is even cloudy with residue at the bottom of the jug. Best way to describe this juice is it tastes just like applesauce. If you enjoy apple juice, try and find "Virginia's Finest" from the Murray Cider Company in Roanoke, VA.

Downside is that my jugs each have a different size mouth, so I need two stoppers. There's an extra 70 cents gone ;D

I'm lucky to be here in SoCal because we have so many wine, beer and home brew suppliers around it's pretty easy to find just about anything I want, and it's all relatively cheap!

Gotta love Beer, Beer, and More Beer! ;) Most of the country is fighting with ordering and shipping with them but I live down the street from it! ;D

I'd tell y'all something, but I promised to behave after the filters were removed ;D

::Pointed stare:: ;)

You'd *better* behave, Wikd! Hey, I see you posting about Roanoke....it could be we'll be moving to the Blacksburg area, if this job my hubby is trying for comes through.......you in that neck of the woods?

Vicky - who might also be moving to Aiken, SC, depending on *which* job happens first......

Vicky,

You're a glutton for punishment!

New City, new house, new site! Do you have any hair left? LOL

Move to Aiken, then we can be neighbors!

Yee hah!

That's so funny! You two might end up neighbors! Now that's what I call symmetry!
