Hi All!

I am looking at opening a Meadery in good 'ol Kentucky. I am considering between the Louisville or Lexington area. A couple of years back we had Louisville Mead Co, but unfortunately went out of business. I wanted to reach out in order to contact the owners on selling mead in KY and/or what lead to closing their doors. Does anyone have, or be willing to share the contact info of the owners, or if the owner (if they are on Got Mead) would be willing to PM me.

Cheers,
Justin

I can't help you there.

But I can say this. It's not too hard to sell someone the first bottle of mead. Your mead better sell it'self on the second bottle, or you will also go out of business. Tons of crappy mead being made by "professionals" Make sure you can make really stellar mead before you open your doors. :)
