Mazer's Limoncello

Add to a jar:
-Zest of 6 lemons (Italian are best, but Meyer's works too)
-750 ml Grappa (45% ABV)

-Let stand at least one week, preferably a month.
-Filter through mesh strainer and coffee filter.
-Add 1 cup orange blossom honey.
-Mixed until honey dissolves.
-Store in freezer.

I drink it neat, but cocktails are certainly an option.
