Well not sure if the rest of you folks have run into this yet.
But I was getting down to my last 5 gallon bucket of meadowfoam honey, so I figured it was time to stock up. Ahhhhhh all of my calls hit a brick wall.
This past meadowfoam season was not all that good. In fact the second lowest on record. Due to icky weather not much meadowfoam honey was collected. Ahhhhhhh.

So my meadowfoam mead making research will be on hold untill late next spring after the 2009 meadowfoam season is in.

If you have a stash feel lucky. The word on this honey is getting out. For better or worse.
