Mini-JAOM

Has anyone ever done this before?
This is my mini-JAOM scaled down exactly, right down to 6.25 raisins. We'll see what happens. I think 1/4 tsp yeast might have been too much, that part might not be scalable to proportions.

And here it is sitting on the brew shelf...

I see no reason why it won't work. But the amount of drinkable mead you get out of it wont be worth the time.

Ah come on, are you kidding? If I can pour a glass of wine from it in 3 or 4 months, its worth it to me!

I'm 6' even, so no, there's plenty between me and the ceiling.

And how is your head space? You sure you're in the right head space for this experiment? My head space usually has a for rent sign hanging in it so.... Just wonderin??
