Midwest has kegs for $29.95 US and you can probably find others cheaper. Of course they have pressure tested them and changed O-rings in most cases which saves you a bit of time.

This guy ($22 per keg) has pressure tested them and has about a million in stock judging from the pics. Not sure about o-rings, but easy enough to replace if needed I imagine.
You might want to check out this ebay add....4 corney kegs for $85 US plus shipping. To ship to my postal code it's approximately $80 so a total of $160....at roughly $40/keg that's not too bad.
